The lower 48 Contiguous States- Shipping costs and your
package's arrival will vary depending on the ship to address and size of the
order. All Orders are shipped FOB Madison, WI unless otherwise specified. For
all orders less than $100.00, a $6.95 shipping charge will apply. Your delivery
fee is always displayed at the end when you check out. All in stock items ship
same day when the order is received by 3:30PM CST Monday through Friday. All
in-stock orders placed after 3:30PM will ship the following business day.
Depending on the destination, allow two to seven business days for delivery on
in stock items. All internet orders require a valid Email address to be used for
tracking your package. However, if this is not an option, you may still place
your order by calling us toll free at (866) 458-8624 between the hours of 9:00
AM and 5:00 PM CST. All personal information we collect is kept confidentially
and used solely for the purpose of your transaction. We will not distribute
personal or Email information to any third party entity. For your ease and
convenience, the tracking number for your package will be Emailed directly to
you. You may use this number for information pertaining the expected time of
delivery, as well it's last location when scanned by the shippers.
Hazardous Materials Shipment Verona Safety Supply
will only ship hazardous products within the contiguous United States. These
items must ship either by FedEx Ground-Hazmat, Spee-Dee (Midwest service only),
UPS Ground, or if the quantity and size of your shipment warrants it, a truck
carrier (LTL) (Call First) toll free at (866) 458-8624 between 9:00 AM
and 5:00 PM CST Monday through Friday for additional information. As per
49 C.F.R section 172.200 of the US Department of
Transportation, all products deemed as shipping hazards require additional US
Department of Transportation shipping papers and may only be shipped
Ground. There is an additional $20.00 charge per each
package shipped for these designated items. An accompanying Material
Safety Data Sheet (M.S.D.S.) may also be required with some ''HAZARD'' items.
M.S.D.S.s are available upon request on the applicable products we
distribute.
Alaska, Hawaii and all International Orders Orders
destined for delivery in either Alaska or Hawaii, or anywhere outside the USA
cannot be ordered through our On-Line catalog on this site.
However by calling toll free, these orders can be placed with a pre-approval.
Pre-approvals can be obtained by calling us toll free at (866) 458-8624 between
the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST Monday through Friday. The shipping costs
for your package(s) will be calculated and determined before an approval number
is issued to you. Verona Safety Supply is unable to accept Credit Card payments
for International orders at this time. For International
orders, we will need to collect the entire payment (products, shipping
costs and duty fees when applicable) beforehand, by first receiving
either a Certified Money Order or an Electronic Money Transfer before your order ships. SORRY NO EXCEPTIONS.
Product Return Policy All items being returned to Verona Safety require an
Authorized Return (RA) number. An RA number will be issued to you by calling our Customer Service toll free at (866) 458-8624 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM CST. All packages must have the RA number clearly printed below their ship to address on the shipping label. Any package not containing an authorized RA number will be refused. Returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must be in it's original factory package and be in a ''new'' (resalable) condition. Opened products that had been factory sealed for sterility or safety purposes, such as First Aid supplies, are not resalable and can not be returned. Shipping fees for authorized returns will need to be shipped with the all fees prepaid.
